February 2013 - Compassion.... Not Sympathy....Compassion emanates out of an expanded authentic wisdom and vision. ......Compassion for yourself and for others...You dont need to be perfect as a human being all the time...... we can have Compassion within those deep personal parts of ourselves...Compassion is not sympathy....Compassion sees the bigger picture and emanates from the essence of our authentic being, feeling and spirit....Sympathy only sees the problem and focuses on it in a small way often intrapping us and emanates from the emotions/mind wherever they may be at the time, making it difficult to move out of our challenges and remember who we are...Compassion knows the greater truth within what is happening ....so it will not judge anything at all....it allows us space to feel what we feel without shame .... Compassion feels the larger truth......and can feel real empathy and understanding about whatever is happening ....Compassion makes it safe to feel things, without holding us there, and without rushing our process ....and opens the door to move forward to somewhere New and Truer.. ....Holding a space.... compassion for each other and ourselves is a huge component to being our True selves ....and living as a True selves...To have real relationships into the new paradigm I feel we need to embody the Real Compassion.....so we all feel safe again......to LOVE and be LOVED.
For me real empathy/ Compassion is not only about problems or suffering although i know a dictionary would say so....we can also have empathy compassion for each others joy... each others happiness.....and fulfillment.....it always feels wonderful when you can share your happiness with those who empathize and allow the space for you to really enjoy it ..... I feel this is also going to be a strong component of True relationships with each other....we will allow and create a space for each others LOVE ...JOY.... and FULLFILLMENT , ...as we really allow it for each other we allow it for ourselves and vice versa......
I am really feeling how in these times.... although we have travelled far and wide with a myriad of different "out there" spiritual experiences .....that it will be the basic .....Pure and Simple truths.... that see us through these final days of duality....Qualities Such as Compassion... Truth.... Kindness....Honesty... ...also these simple qualities have and will become hugely deepened and expanded....when they are truely embodied and lived..... they have and will become highly concentrated potent powerfully creative energies .... they have the ability to actually penetrate duality and manifest in the physical the Lives we are wanting to create in ways that are miraculous....I feel Its time to have a look at the basics again.....but on whole new levels of our being places we havent dared look before , or that were not ready to be seen before in there fullness,sometimes for very wise reasons .....we can check in with ourselves..... the Trueness of these qualities cannot be pretended, or they can be pretended, but they wont hold the potency required to change amd move things to new levels unless they are real in the experience .... if these qualities are genuinely the bottom line agenda, the engine room of our beings.....in their simplicity and Purity...when these are really the qualities that lie beneath what it is we are saying,doing and being even when we are not being perfect human beings or having a challenging time or crisis...... then any thing is possible from here.

2010 - I had just had a breakthrough..and new came into my life and being in the physical...more of the myself as a watcher had come into my human body from... far far away...making my human experience come into another vastly more deep and expanded dimension because... we are hearing the call .... for the final miles...and the beginning of the new cycle....<3

And an idea on a similar theme which I have worked with through many layers throughout my journey, is the idea that ....To know yourself as everything we can travel through to knowing ourselves as nothing and that it is ok, because by allowing ourselves to fall to come undone , to let the molecule collapse to point zero to where nothing is.... we can actually find out the paradox and truth that we are everything there ..... 🌺

Empowerment Boundaries versus Natural Boundaries I am interested in the next level in relation to boundaries. There have been and still are many great teachings and information around setting boundaries. Its a hot topic especially amongst the sensitive and empathic amongst us. I hear much about saying no with Love, creating a gap energetically between you and others , doing various energy techniques in order to achieve this. I have applied many of these in my own life and they have served me well... And still do for now . But yet something always troubled me about it all. Something was missing. It often meant that in order to maintain the boundary certain conditions had to be met and if they weren't we could be derailed ,stolen from, messed with energetically etc. So i began to contemplate and began to observe certain people, some of which were children, and adults alike.I watched as masters of their own energy and how they related to all kinds of different situations how they managed themselves, I also observed myself and I have come to this as follows Once I as a being in the individuation phase of my evolution had carved out boundaries that served me with integrity I noticed a whole other level had begun revealing itself to me it contains within it a freedom and an inner strength and vibrant state of being as never before ~ oneness with all. I was thrilled to discover that once finding the courage to open to new levels of embodied love and a much deeper vulnerability and openness ( which takes the real kind of courage ) that a new type of boundary had sprung up in response to this deep and true alignment with the natural laws governed by the laws of love and oneness. We are nature . I have observed and experienced this first hand. Once I had worked through a new layer of my being and aligned it with my trueness and oneness a natural boundary spontaneously springs forth within my being. It literally springs up as a result of my alignment and integrity and more deeply embodied immersion with the Ultra greater Reality and Pure True Love.. No need anymore for having to be high alert at staying in the zone controlling who and what i connect with although we will have preference and another benefit is the attraction of like energies and the movement more and more to that which we have a kindred connection.. Energies can come and go and yet I remain incased within the integrity of my intrinsic embodied oneness, heart wide open to share, solar plexus and cells contained vibrating and alive aligned with our expanded heart, mind quiet still and focused. For me this is home on earth in this body as Maria. ..... No need to control all the time , just an alignment with the expanded here and now. Am I still effected by energies of duality? Yes , can I still feel effected and triggered ? YES ...... derailed violated pulled into unconsciously carrying what doesn't belong to me ? No. It is worth noting I have never experienced this springing up and state of natural boundary without having first chosen to give up a part of the old empowerment boundary that I was so sure I needed and allowing myself to be vulnerable open and in a state of not knowing first and for as long as it took..... It was only in the giving up of this that the new was revealed. I never really resonated with it when people say keep and Open Mind, I don't enjoy head trips the vibration feels different even if the topic is a positive one I get bored , no matter how clever it is... I always felt the heart knows universes more than the mind and it was a better idea to keep an open heart to a universal reservoir of truthful information about anything. I liked more the idea of a focused quiet mind harmoniously working with the heart in the way that is natural .i love a contained vibrating and feeling solar plexus, these
centres of our being are our personal temples it is with a wide open heart we connect on true levels and share in the oneness with all........

MOON DROPS ~
Shhhhh she told me a secret, she said only the knowingness that knows can know.
Ah! but you know dear knowing ~ I know it ~ she said
Moon drops and moon flowers I splash in your heart
Secrets unspeakable , she manifests till clarity is crystal
Moon drops and dew drops and splashes of rainbow diamond
She whispered sweet moon drops, she the breeze that
dances the white feather over and over
She finds a way to tell us her secret that only our knowing which knows can know ~
